Medicines in School

We understand that it is sometimes necessary for medication to be administered during the school day. This may be on a short term or longer term basis. In order for us to administer any medication, parental or legal guardian permission is required by completing and signing the attached forms.  Medication will not be accepted in school unless this form has been completed and signed by the parent/legal guardian of the child and administration of the medicine has been agreed by the Headteacher.
